Grown in the shade on Coorg’s mountainous hills at around 1,000 metres, this coffee is harvested between December and January.

In the Cup

Almond and fruit lead the cup, followed by chocolate and cereal. Aromatics bring hints of incense and spice.

Processing

Washed processing removes the fruit before the beans are dried and prepared for roasting.

Best Enjoyed As

Espresso, cappuccino or moka pot.
