Ethiopia Gedeb
Transparent and layered. The best kind of bright and winey. Complex, with notes of peach jam, orange blossom, candied lemon, raspberry, lychee. Delicate and well balanced.
This natural-processed coffee comes from Banko Chelchele in the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, cultivated at altitudes of 1900-2300 meters above sea level. The community's deep-rooted knowledge of coffee farming, passed down through generations, ensures that only the finest beans are selected. The natural process involves sun-drying the cherries for 2-4 weeks, allowing the flavors to fully develop. After drying, the cherries are rested in cool storage before being milled and prepared for export.
Vertical integration ensures that every step, from farming to export, is handled with precision and care, resulting in an exceptional coffee experience. EDN Ethiopian Coffee manages the processing and exportation, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
