Easy to make and very tasty coffee with DEEP 27!

Why 27°?

After many experiments, CAFEC arrived at the ideal bottom angle for a single cup. The development process, from the moment of idea to completion, took about 5 years and its goals were:

• Even a small amount of ground coffee creates a sufficient filtration layer.
• CAFEC's ideal brewing speed - the speed at which the water is poured and the speed at which the coffee liquid comes out are the same.

As a result of the in-depth research, they reached the ideal angle of 27° for one glass.

Special structure of the dripper

In developing the FLOWER DRIPPER DEEP 27, they aimed for a perfect balance between the dripper and the paper, with the aim of realizing the "ultimate cup." The design of the special flower structure was made possible thanks to CAFEC's in-depth knowledge of coffee filter paper.

About Abaca+ Paper

In the Abaca+ paper structure, the crepe height is lower on both sides, and the distance between the crepes is reduced to increase the total surface area, allowing the coffee particles to adhere. This feature allows for smooth water flow. The speed of hot water pouring is almost the same as the speed of coffee liquid extraction. Moreover, the uniform paper texture allows for easy speed control and consistent taste.
