From there, a deep acquaintance with all the variables of espresso, and continued a fascinating learning journey. But... something was always missing... always... that feeling was missing as a child, when we drank the brewed coffee, the senses opened, the flavors were brighter and clearer and you drank to your heart's content, with patience and long-suffering and usually in the company of enjoyable people...

Cafec paper is the expression of paper at its best, especially in coffee filters. It is the fruit of the great work and research that led to the diverse and different production methods that preserve the natural structure of the paper, thereby improving its filtering capabilities and durability.

Cafec offers a wide range of filters, with the Abaca being the flagship product, and the one most users choose. But the variety doesn't end there!

The 'Roast Level' series of filters opens the door to new worlds of experimentation and diverse experiences for the same coffee. For example:

• The T-90 filter, designed for medium to dark roasts, not only enhances the flavor of a medium-dark roast filter brew, it is also excellent for light roasts!
• The T-83 filter, designed for dark roasts, starts brewing quickly thanks to the street opening at the top but slows down towards the end. It's just really interesting what you can do with such paper!
• The T-92 filter, designed for very light roasts, provides a slower flow throughout the entire brew, the working assumption being that light roasts, when ground, produce fewer particles that clog the filter. Long contact time between hot water and light coffee, which improves extraction.
